So, if within 30 days of receiving your translation, you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service or your translation project, we will either return the fees charged or a portion of the fees that you consider fair and reasonable. But we would ask that you allow us to carry out all of our quality service procedures and work with you to provide a solution. Please note that our standard terms and conditions of service still apply.
